National History Day - Merit Classes OnlyThe National History Day project will be introduced to students the week of October 17, 2016. Each student will be given a booklet to take home which is full of resources, timelines for completion, and rubrics. If the booklet is misplaced or you an extra copy is needed, please see the document below.
A parent information session will be held from 4-5pm on Wednesday, October 26 in my classroom. Parents are highly encouraged to attend if their child has no experience with the NHD project. |
Online TextbookOur official class course, Glencoe's The American Journey, is available online for all students to access via computer. Follow the directions below in order to log in:
1. Go to www.glencoe.com/ose 2. Under the “Student Login” section, type the following access code: F363B60849 That’s it! You now have access to the text of the entire book online. Use the “Table of Contents” tab on the left side of the screen to navigate through the Units and reference sections of the textbook. If you have a specific page number you would like to go to, type it in the box at the bottom of the screen. Request to "Retest" and Missing/Late Work FormsUse the forms below when requesting to re-do an assignment or re-take an assessment. Remember, as stated in the "Welcome to U.S. Studies"" letter, making a request does not mean you are guaranteed the opportunity.
